我是香港浸会大学政府与国际研究系博士候选人。
我的研究聚焦于 AI 治理、公共政策与应急管理,关注数字技术如何影响公共部门治理、政策执行与危机响应。
在方法上,我主要运用自然语言处理、社会网络分析、多模态分析与地理空间分析等方法研究治理与政策问题,同时也在开发面向社会科学研究的 AI agents 与计算工具。
