Hello!
I am Yingying Fan, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Government and International Studies at Hong Kong Baptist University. Before this, I was a Ph.D. student at the University of Macau’s Department of Government and Public Administration. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Law from the Beijing Institute of Technology, followed by a Master of Social Science in Public Administration from the University of Macau.
My research is primarily focused on emergence management and data science. I am particularly interested in how digital transformations influence government operations.
